We begin with a technical layout that defines functional zones and circulation. Alongside that, we select a unique color palette, gather stylistic references, and shape an overall concept that reflects your vision and business goals. This is the foundation that sets the tone for the entire project.
With the concept approved, we move on to realistic visualizations. You’ll receive high-quality renders that accurately represent materials, lighting, spatial layout, and atmosphere. These images help you and your partners clearly imagine the final space — and make confident decisions early on.
Once the visuals are approved, we prepare a full set of drawings and documentation: equipment specs, wall elevations with details, precise dimensions for all play elements, and a complete list of finishes, furniture, and fixtures — everything your team needs for accurate implementation.
We handle all front-end design — from zoning to final documentation. Production files (CNC, DWG) are prepared by engineers from the manufacturing company chosen by the client, based on our design package.

Most projects take 4–5 weeks, depending on complexity and feedback speed. If you have a tight deadline — let us know, and we’ll find a way to meet it.

We sign a secure design services contract via certified platforms like DocuSign or Adobe Sign — a globally accepted method used by thousands of companies. The contract outlines all stages, timelines, scope, and cost. Payment is made step-by-step, only after each stage is approved.
Yes, we pay special attention to safety and adhere to international standards. All our designs follow European and American certifications such as EN 1176 and ASTM, ensuring the equipment is compliant and safe for children.
